Hmm, I tried to reset it back to 2 processors, but nevertheless these exe dont run?

With the program running, hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete. Right click the program under Processes and click Set Affinity. Does that help?

You cant run these programs anymore in the first place. Only exe replacement fixed it for me. Interesting, there are many programs that you can change affinity with imagecfg and there are some (I dont take any system programs from Windows at all here)that that just won't run anymore after imagecfg, even if you set the key to 3.
