January 18, 200620 yr Author A score of 978 for my overpriced Intel 3.73EE lol, thats it AMD is my next processor. I hope DEll wil soon start using AMD`s for their highend gaming machines.
January 18, 200620 yr fantastic another 1 fps slideshow I recon ;).But to me 3DMARK 2001SE is still the version with the best demos. They have just been uglier in the following versions except mother nature...But everything is relative 907 can be great who knows ;).But 3DMARK for me all I hope for is a good show. Otherwise I find them great stability tests for a game stable overclock perfect to try out your video card with for sure.
January 18, 200620 yr its OK but I never understood the pissing contest. People doing as much as they can to claim the highest scores. big deal. WOW you got a high score running 640x480!! Congrats!Anyway, once I found out working in the game business that both nvidia and ati tweak their drivers to give better scores and that doesn't necessarily mean they give you better performance in games, I think the ONLY good benchmark is an in game FPS test like that in quake3
