upgrade cpu or not?

I have an AMD XP 2400 right now, so it's at 266 mhz to the memory. I can upgrade to an AMD XP 3200 as I have 1 gig PC3200 and the mobo to support it. Also, I have a MSI Radeon 9800Xt. Is it worth around $150 to upgrade this thing or should I just upgrade to the 939 world?

I would wait with an upgrade and would wait until you can upgrade to 939 with a X2 or FX processor. But, sure, if you have an extra $100 laying around, I'd get the XP3200. That's what I have and it serves me well with acceptable frame rates.The other option would probably go for around $400+ (mainboard, processor), maybe more for a new video board because AGP mainboards are hard to find anymore.Cheers.
