January 9, 200323 yr jerrycwo4 I have just tried to install "FS Skyworld Se v2.3 Stand Alone Version" and it seems to be working but I did NOT install or use the files in the attached photo because I did not know what they were, what they did, how to install them or ANYTHING about them. I'm taking about the *.Dll, vb5,vb6 and the vbsp5.Can anyone give me any information about these 'unused" files? I wanted this program to work correctly. I'm trying to run it with the other weather program, Active Sky.
January 9, 200323 yr Commercial Member Hi, Those are Microsoft Runtime, only if your fs sky world does not start. (It was stated in the error section) If fs sky world works, you have those already installed in your Windows.Ps: (The procedure was only to click them, they install alone)ThanksChris Willis[link:fsw.simflight.com/FSWMenuFsSim.html]Clouds And Addons For MsFs Kind RegardsChris Willis
January 10, 200323 yr jerrycwo4Thanks for the info, I just couldn't figgure it out. I have STOPPED looking for and adding weather programs ! I am now, 100% satisfied running the combination of:1.Fs Sky World Se v2.3 Stand Alone Version2.ActiveSky wxRERunning both of these togather is unbelievable ! Now I'm trying to learn how to start the engines on the Flight One B737-400.It took my 6 1/2 hours just to go throught the panels and get the engines started. Of course I could NOT do it again the 2nd try. No wonder the A/C pilots make such GOOD money. They have to know a LOT of information.jerryPS Does anyone know where the landing lights are on the above B-737-400? I can make them come on by the "L" key, but that's the only way.
