Has anyone created a good worksheet for use in the cockpit for the IK DC-9? What I'm looking for is a sheet for noting weights, V speeds, flap speeds, EPR limits and targets, alititude targets etc. so you can have this all in planned and noted in one place when you light up the engines and get ready to go flying.
