Hi everyone,Has anyone used the MS website to udate there video card. I have the old ATI 9800 and noticed the other day ms shows I need to update the driver. The file size is only about 10 mb. Usually I down load from ATI, uninstall the old and install the new but it is easyer from ms if it actually works. Any one tried it? ThanksKspi

The lastest and (best?) drivers are usually found on the manufacturer's website (ATi). I somehow wouldn't recommend upgrading them with Windows Update. MS software, yes, but you are better off installing upgrades directly from the respective manufacturer.Pat

MS drivers do not typically include D3D or OpenGL support (2D only).Always use the manufacurers drivers.CheersShad
