How to setup RAID 0

Featured Replies

I have the ASUS P5W-DH Deluxe Motherboard.I installed 2 Raptors..and did the following1. Went to BIOS and set it as RAID2. Ctrl-I and went to Intel Matrix and selected the HD Pair for RAID 0 and created a Volume.3. Did a f6 and loaded the RAID Driver from the Floppy. The system continues to load few other drivers and just about starts the Win XP load, I get a blue screen of death saying that my HD or controler has a virus asks me to run Chkdsk /F in it.I removed the two raptors and tried with 2 sets of 7K RPM HDs...I get the same error. I tried installing on non RAID config. I am able to install all the disks and format each of them and no problems.I just can't do a RAID 0.What am I doing wrong?Manny
