Sandra Lite to check hardware?

I understand Sandra Lite software can give you a lot of information on your system and do some hardware diagnostics.I downloaded it but cannot get it running. I click the icon ... nothing happens.Something to do with certificates and signatures (from Microsoft) not being correct. I viewed the properties of the sandra.exe file, properties, signature, viewed the certificate, clicked install the certificate, imported it successfully. But, still no luck.Anyway, was wondering if anyone has installed it and got it running. You may be able to shed some light on the step I am missing.How well did it do as informational tool?
