It has a VGA, HDMI, S3 video and a slew of audio connectors. I bought a DVI-HDMI converter cable and run the HD-TV off of the 8800GTX. I can run FS9-FSX on both my CRT and TV. On a long flight I press the source button on the TV remote and watch TV while keeping track of the flight on the CRT. When I'm ready to land I switch to HDTV VC. The only problem is of course, the 2D panel. Spot and the VC views scale nicly with wide screen, 2D does not.At some point someone will code wide screen bitmaps for 2D panels. The visuals on the HDTV are striking.Soon HDTV prices will be relatively cheap. I paid $550.00 USD, just a bit more (50.00) than my 21" CRT.
January 16, 200719 yr If you have an nVidia graphics card (might also work on ATI, haven't tried it), you can also run the graphics driver in spanning mode (basically, the driver lies to windows/FSX and tells them there is one wide monitor instead of 2) and then you can run fullscreen across both monitors or run windowed and display whatever you want whereever you want :-> Tim http://fsandm.wordpress.com
