need help in rudder padels

Featured Replies

Hi dearsi need help. i just brought Pro Flight Rudder of Saitek company and did installaiton according to the manual but after that end result is tollay disappointing.result is my R pedal decreaseing the pitch (nose down only) and L padel turning the A/C on left. during taxi when i use rudder padels the screen show "differential break" and gradually A/C stop completely. the support of Saitek is very slow and still i did not received any reply form the company.i will be very thankful if someone help me.regards Burney:-(

Hi BurneyHave you calibrated your pedals? I don't know your type of pedals, and if it is possible to do so at all, but that is a good place to start. You should be able to do that from the Control Panel. Then you need to check your settings is FS9: Remember, you now have 2 "joysticks", and there may easily be an overlap in the axes they support. You need to ensure that only rudder and toebrakes are mapped to your padals, and that these are not mapped to your joystick.I can't be more specific where you do that, since I can't remember and I'm at work now. Something like Settings - Axes assignment...??BRGDS & HTHSven Sorensen, EKCH

I don't use any form of Saitek software for my pedals. All settings are in the FS9/FSX controls menu's. You should end up with a list of assignments for the pedals, as well as a seperate one for your yoke or joystick. Make sure that assignments for control surfaces are not being applied to the pedals. If so, just go down the list and delete them.L.Adamson
