April 7, 200719 yr For some reason I can't get dual monitors to work with FSX. It will display on the primary monitor and the picture will just flash. I made sure that all the resolutions match and everything, drivers are updated, I'm not sure what is causing thisSpecs:Nvidia 7800 GT OCWindows Vista UltimateMonitors set to dualview (span not available in vista)
April 7, 200719 yr Are you running Full Screen mode or Windowed?Have you set your Display up (Windows ..not FSX) as Dual Screen or Horizontal Span?I found best results are achieved using Horizontal Span (3200x1200)...that way I can create my own 2D panels and have the ouitside view spread across both monitors even when I'm in 2D panel.RegardsJim
April 7, 200719 yr I note that you are using Vista. Well dual monitors worked fine with GT7800 in XP. I have recently upgraded to an 8800 and use XP. Perhaps the Vista drivers aren't up to to the job at the moment. The closest I have is dualview. I don't even know how to set it in windowed mode in FSX anyhow. How's that work?
