Yes, as I understand it, 0+1 with four drives is one of the best bandwidth combinations you can create. That, or 3 or 4 drives in a single raid-0. Nice...

It is really nice because you get the speed of striping but with the security of mirroring, the only downside is that you need a min of four drives. It is robust, with four drives in that you can lose a disc drive and not lose any data. I tried disconnecting one of the drives and the system flagged up the loss and when I reconnected the drive the Raid system automatically rebuilt the drive. Best and Warm RegardsAdrian Wainer
