Help with mobo compatibilty

Look at this:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813186098Will this work with my OCZ modtsream 520w psu? I guess what I'm wondering is will all the connectors from my PSU and case and GPU be alright connecting to this new AM2 mobo?I think I'm going to upgrade and go AMD6000Corsair 2x1 GB ramand this Foxconn mobo....there's a huge rebate right now, and on the RAM....after rebates, the total is around 330 USD....which I think is pretty good. I'm going to retain my XFX 6800XT for a short time and see what develops with the G92 coming out from nvidia.
