:D Nothing better to getting a new computer up and running. But I think that DX10 gets stabilized after the release of DX11 ;-)Are you going to OC the cpu?Ulf B

Hi, hehe, I know it's not a E6850 or whatever, but really for the bang-for-the-buck ratio I think it's a good buy!!I did order that little arctic cooler thingy, and while it's not the zalman 9700, I think it will do well for some slight OCing (10-15% at some point)What do you think?I sorta wanted to hold off on the GPU for more than the DX10 thing.... new cards coming, plus my wife wouldn't kill me LOL! My card is not fast but it works fine and visually speaking, I'm happy with my resolution and display for FSX......however, a 512mb card is in store, at least 512, maybe more vram...

Well, I've never OC:ed an AMD 6000 and I'm not familiar with your mobo, but I would guess that the cooler will do it's job. I guess that Foxconn has some utilities to monitor the cpu and mobo temps.I OC:ed an older AMD (about 10%) and had no problems with temps with the boxed cooler.Nowadays I'm running an Intel C2D and runs it with a moderate 10% OC with the stock cooler. No problems with temps.I'm saving money and plan to build a new pc next year. Probably with Vista/DX10, but I'll wait and watch the Vista users reactions on FSX SP2.Ulf B
