Ulf,I'm not sure. Easiest way to get an idea is to compare the release notes for each. WHQL and Beta are rarely 100% identical. I don't think anyone is going to give you a definitive yes or no. Personally, unless it came direct from Nvidia's mouth that they are or are not identical I wouldn't believe it from any other source.
