Painter needed

I'm new to this so forgive me if I sound ignorant to flight sim etiquette. My brothers and I have started a new virtual airline to amuse ourselves and would like to get a few planes painted. Problem is we have no logo's or design yet so that would be part of the job. I'm not sure what the etiquette is on having someone paint a plane for you in the flight sim community but in the sim racing community most guys do it for free. Am a a fool to assume that people do this in the flight sim community too? I would be willing at least to give someone a nice AccurateMinitures Dolittle B-25 scale model kit.
