If you want to get a photoreal looking fuselage, look for a close up shot of the fuselage side on at airliners.net. Cut out bits.. clone it, manipulate it by using the stamp tool amongst others. Its quite alot of work to get it looking good.

Thanks for the comments about the site.. should really type up some more :)As for bare metal textures, heres about 15 minutes of work:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/126047.jpgTo get this I basically copied boxes of similar parts to cover windows and other things. Also using the smudge tool to blend edges.. and the stamp and healing tools in places if possible.
