January 24, 200323 yr Hello,I just got my first seaplane. How do I program a startup position in the water? Thanks,Ron [email protected]
January 24, 200323 yr There is a PDF in the help folder (floatplane.pdf i think) in the FS2002 main dir that has listings of major water runways in the US. If you dont find the place you want to start up at, you can slew to the spot and then save the flight. That way, you can always go back to it whenever you like.Hope that helps
January 24, 200323 yr Yep, what Zack said will get you going in the right direction. Here is a quick and easy way to find out the water runways available:1. Start FS2K22. Go to any airport3. click 'Help' on the top bar4. click 'Simulator Help' on the dropdown curtain5. click 'Index'6. type "water runways" in the box (or scroll down to "water runways" and click it)7. click the blue-colored sentence at the bottom of the article; (it reads, "Water runways in the Flight Simulator 2002 navigation database.")8. print it out for future reference if desired. (Warning: it is twenty pages)
