January 25, 200323 yr I just downloaded and installed the latest and greatest DHC-2 version 2 by Steve Grant and for some strange reason I can't get the beaver to move on the water even at full throttle! Takeoff from land works great! I tried one of my other floatplanes and there were no problems. I must be doing something wrong. January 25, 200323 yr Try reducing your fuel load a bit. Typically (depending on your realism options), aircraft are loaded full of fuel. I've seen other Float/Amphibs that have a tough time starting out on water with a full load of fuel.Dave
January 25, 200323 yr Also, double check 'gear-up' and that you aren't located in a very shallow part of the water where you are actually dragging bottom. It's been known to happen.
