For anyone having a problem loading the Dash 8 FMS

A little more information may be in order. I for one am not prepared to download a file of an unknown type to my computer. Did that once for a seemingly harmless file...right before I reformatted my hard drive....x( Better still, put it in a zip file according to Avsim rules and upload it.Cheers,

Sorry, too big for zipping. It is 69 mb and is a streaming Real Player video file. Sorry I should have mentioned that Real Player is required. The free version is available from http://realplayer.com/ The original .avi file was 4gig and when compressed was still 3 gig. Real Player was the only format that could get the file this small and still retain the quality.Cheers,Steve

BTW: It is an 8 minute tutorial video that I put together myself. Once Real Player opens, give it a minute to start to buffer and it will stream the video without downloading the whole file first, and nothing is retained on the hard drive. Also, the file cannot be saved unless a password is issued to you.

Sorry, but I had to pull the vids from my server. I only have an 8gig limit and last month I hit 14 gig and it cost me $100.00 in exceeded bandwidth and $45.00 the month before.Hope everyone enjoyed them.CheersSteve
