FS minimize itself

Featured Replies

After start and/or in the middle of a flight, FS minimize itself without any reason. I have reinstalled FS and tried older graphics drivers with no help. I have not changed anything in hardware or setups beside the graphics driver. Any clues?PC

Usually when this happens to me its some other program that has popped up like an ICQ message, or a calander reminder. Gotta remember to shut those things down I do! ;)Anyway, usually I can just click on the icq box in the task menu and its back up, but sometimes it will keep minimizing it self right away. After many times of trying to get it back up sometimes it would stick again. However, I discovered this one trick that works for me; your milage may vary. When you click on the FS2002 in the task bar list the screen should go black for a second while FS2002 is trying to start. RIGHT THEN right click your mouse in the middle of the screen.Move the mouse up and to left a bit, as you do this a white menu will appear its the right click for FS2002.LEFT CLICK right away!FS2002 is back up!I do not understand what is going on .. its almost like it has a bottle neck of "minimize me's" and will continue to minimize itself many times but usually (if you are patient) will stop doing it. However, this trick seems to get it to stay up right away every time. You got to be quick on the right clicks, and the left clicks .. if you leave the white menu up too long it will minimize again.Good luck .. Hope this works for you too.

I had that problem and the solution was... uninstalling the keyboard drivers (in my case Microsoft Internet Keyboard) the solution was somewhere on guru3d forun. It was the most strange solution but it worked.Jos

Thank you both. I didn't helpPC
