Boes anyone know how to get rid of the graphic 'boxes' marking the glideslope when you select EFIS and lock onto the ILS/LOC. They are really annoying and spoil the realism of the simulation

Just figured it out, you can do it by deleting the box MDL file! Incidentally, it won't give me the option to lock onto the localiser until I've checked the EFIS box, but thanks for the suggestion anyway.Guess there's more than one way to skin a CAT 3!

Hi ChockYou don't need to choose EFIS to lock onto a localizer.What exactly do you mean about "Lock onto".Chosse the localizer frequency, turn the course selector to the approach-course and the instrument deviation needles are right on. Turn eventually the autopilot on and select Approach/localizer mode and you are locked.
