Airbus Pro Loosing Engine Thrust on Takeoff

Recommended Posts

Guest akblinka

I've been using the Airbus Pro series for a while and just recently began having the problem of when I'm in my takeoff run and hit about 90 knots, engine power goes down to neutral. I'm able to correct it by pulling the throttles back and pushing forward again and I regain power, the only problem is that I come close to running out of runway, and now it has begun to do this on my initial climb, and unfortunately, no matter how quickly i pull the throttles back and push them forward again I've lost so much power by that point that the aircraft stalls and usually crashes. I have the latest FSUIPC, but it is unregistered. Thanks in advance for any help!

Jose Oliveira has a nice utility which will use the joystick throttle inputs to move the throttles through the various gates. You might want to make sure that you have a dead zone programmed at the idle end of the throttle's travel (with FSUIPC)...if you're getting some pot noise and there's no dead band the pot could be spiking enough to take the throttle out of 0 and causing problems. Hello ,Do you use FS Passengers?Ever since I started using that addon ALL my addon aircraft have experienced throttle retardation at one time or another. It is almost like a rejected take off scenario.regards,
