Help please!! Messed-up graphics

OK. Solved two out of three problems. Solved the bizarre jagged shapes problem by installing Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 as above and solved the black boxes around the trees and other partially transparent textures by reverting back to the older 30.72 Detonator drivers. Now if I could only get the sim not to crash on me everytime I try to access the menu bar....Misha
