New code needed?

I just installed my systems from scratch, VoxAtc wont let me use my original registration code , do I ask for a new one at the website?It's not said anywhere on the VoxATC website about having to reregister!Randy Jura, KPDX

Hi Randy,Interesting. I had to do a major re-install of my operating system a few months ago... to my aux drive the original was that messed up and I did want to retrieve some info off of it. My old code worked fine when I got everything up and running again. Make sure you email support@voxatc.com if the idea below doesn't work.Also make absolute sure you've got the code perfectly correct, if you have the original email for the code just copy and paste and make sure the copy doesn't have a space at the end. If you are working off the DVD purchase make sure you differentiate "0" and "O", "1" and "I", etc.I don't think you have to re-register, the program doesn't have any validation process at this time.

I just reinstalled VoxATC after upgrading my RAM and now it won't take my registration code. I don't mind having to get a new code but it better not take more than 24 hours to do so.
