July 23, 200718 yr I created a VFR flight plan from HRR-Healy River, Alaska (airstrip) to PATK-Talkeetna, Alaska (Unicom). It all started well - Fairbanks opened up my flightplan and passed me off to Anchorage Center. Got a message to fly my flight plan.As I got within 20 miles of PATK, Anchorage Center passed me off to Anchorage Center. Here's where the problem started: I was then supposed to tell Center that I was at 3,500 (which I was) heading to 11,000! I think I should have been told to squawk 1200 and contact Talkeetna Unicom for an aiport advisory.Any ideas? My evaluation period is just about up.ThanksPaul Dahlen
July 24, 200718 yr Hi Paul,First off is this in FS9 or FSX? If FS9 you are outside the demo area. If FSX I am curious how you are setting up this flight, after creating the VFR flight plan are you saving the flight itself as a situation and then opening that just saved situation? After it loads up are you again loading up that saved flight a second time? Just a couple of the idiosynrasies of getting VoxATC to recognize properly the flight you are wanting to fly. If you aren't following that procedure you may be loading up parts of a previous flight which will confuse the program.
