February 12, 200719 yr There is an annoyingly loud air-conditioner or APU-type sound that starts just as you load the AeroSim Saab 340 aircraft. It's louder than the engines, even in external view, and I find it very annoying, and would like to get rid of it. Unfortunately, I've looked everywhere, played each and every sound file, and still can't find the culprit! I've even used other twin-prop sound files, so the problem must be originating in the A340 aircraft.cfg, perhaps accessing a sound file in the root FS9 SOUND folder (I'll look again). Anyone have any ideas?Thanks,http://www.my-buddy-icon.com/Icons/objects/red_3d_plane.gifAlex ChristoffN562ZBaltimore, MD PowerSpec G426 PC running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS, Intel Core i7 11700K @ 3.60GHz 30 °C, 4089MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 , ASUS TUF Z590-Plus Gaming motherboard, Samsung 870 EVO 2TB SSD, Samsung 750 EVO 500GB SSD, Acer Predator X34 34" curved monitor (external view), RealSim Gear G-1000 avionics suite, RealSim Gear GNS 450, Slavix Stay Level Custom Metal Panel, Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Redbird Alloy THI, Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals.
