Restarting Fight

Recommended Posts

Guest bigun

Hey Bryan,One problem I'm running into. While going through the tutorial, if I screw up (which I'm doing regularly, and want to restart I am using the following procedure.1. Shutdown FS2. Restart with Cessna, etc, etc per instructions3. Swap to the ATR4. (Here's where the problem comes in) the DSP SEL button does not start FS2Crew. I have to go into the ATR Configurator and "reset" everything again to get FS2Crew to start?Any ideas?

Hello George,You should not need to go into the ATR Conifgurator. There is a command in the FS menu: "Reset Flight" I think it's called.Use that to ensure that everything get set back to zero. It should bring you back to the Cessna, from which point you can re-load the ATR.Cheers,Bryan

Tried that Bryan, no luck. I'm going to try a reinstall of the ATR and FS2Crew and see what happens. I'll let you know.

George,There is no need to re-install everything.Make sure your parking brake is on when click DSP SEL -I'll bet you that's it.The parking brake needs to be set for DSP SEL to work. When you reset the flight the brake was probably off.Bryan
