Hello....Having flowen the Meridian for a few days I have become quite attached to it! Fantastic plane.I have been using the built in Garmin controls which are great. None of the european airports seem to have approach data etc so I cannot configure them properly. Please can someone tell me if I am doing something stuipdly wrong, or if I need to download some data from somewhere. I have looked on flight1 etc, but cannot find any information.Thanks

In the Configuration manager choose International database.Jos

The GNS 530's database on the meridian is based off the Garmin 530 trainer written for just that, getting use to it. It's not the complete database. Also like most gps's, there usually is a database for: N. American, S.America/C.America, Europe, Asia, Mid. East, Pacific.
