Interesting observations!

I have been enjoying this holiday weekend flying in the FSX beta. So far its pretty stable on my system and for my garbage system thats amazing. I did SEA-EGL yesterday and today I am doing SFO-SYD. Also seems to do a good job of holding time while I am multi-tasking. Something FS9 Always struggled with. One interesting thing I have noticed is the performance. It seems to be getting just a little bit better each time I play it. I have slowly increased some of the sliders as well. This is of coarse unscientific observation but might be reality. Could it be that it has to load and build objects the first time you fly in an area or they are used but after they are built it will load faster for next time?

So what is your "garbage system" ? My 2 year old system is not going to be upgraded until Vista and DX10 are out and I would love to know how FSX does on older computers (Mine is P4 2.8 with 9800Pro 128meg).Mark.
