Suggestion for the next panel update

Featured Replies

Might it be possible to arrange the panel selection icons in a top to bottom logical order starting with the overhead panel, lights panel, upper radio panel, lower radio panel. This would make quick selection of the panels easier.Just a thought.Best regardsRich Boll

It's possible, but this is an easy modification I feel is best left to the individual user. Rearrange the entries for gauge50 through gauge59 in the Window00 section of the panel.cfg file to fit your taste.RegardsBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-V L-300Santiago de Chile

Rich,I have put together a panel which has nothing but the Tinmouse II Icons (11 of them) although they are not in the order which you specify. From left to right, they are; ATC over Kneeboard, Map over Gps, Radio Upper over Radio Lower, Throttle Quadrant over Go Around, Lights Panel over Overhead Panel, and Clockover a blank which helps in dragging the panel to any place on the screen. I configured it to be in a default location of Upper right (2) of the screen and visible until right clicking and choosing "Close window". I changed the default location of the Lower Radio Panel to Lower left (6) of the screen. If you are interested in this configuration, let me know.

No need to repeat how good this package is but I still want to express my gratitude for your very nice job.My best suggestion for an eventual update is a GW information (maybe to be displayed in a hidden area).Yes I know.... having my ZFW I should use my brain and add up the fuel QTY from the gauges... I guess working on A320 got me a little spoiled :DAnother handy information could be a placard with speed limitations (VFE, VMO, VLE, VLO and so on) on the panel bmp although there's not much space left.I take this chance to offer my help as far as FDE editing/testing.Although I'm an airline pilot I still enjoy my simming and have some experience in FDE editing and get good results when given proper material to work on (performance charts, IRTs ect..)Best Regards and Happy LandingsMichele

Michelle,I think that this information could be placed in the Kneeboard. What do you think?

Well... if you are refering to the speed limitation the checklist and ref perf html published already contains some of those infos for kneeborad use.I still think it would be nice to make the placard readable for quick reference, maybe using a different popup (somethink like Dreamfleet 727 did) for landing gear section. That might save little bit of space and give the chance to add the stby instuments.Another solution would be a F/O panel that allows to have some extra space for a readable placard as well as the rest of the missing gauges.Best RegardsMichele
