Is THIS the cause of my CTDs? TEXTURE folder....

Featured Replies

I recently started getting OUT OF MEMORY messages and some apparently random CTDs on my PC. I don't think I've had any so far since I bought it a year or so ago and put FS9 on it. The CTDs seem to have gone away after stepping down to FSUIPC 3.70 (from 3.71), but I have what seems to be a huge RAM leak with the CoolSky MD-80 which has given me a number of OUT OF MEMORY messages over the past several days.In looking at my FS9 folders, I just discovered I have a completely empty TEXTURE folder inside my Addon Scenery folder in FS9. Could that be causing the OUT OF MEMORY errors? If so, what do I do? I have no idea what the empty folder is for or what it relates to. I have some add-on scenery like Holger's alps and Himalayas and several FlyTampa sceneries as well and a few freeware sceneries and that's it.Appreciate any advice on this item, thanks!JS
