February 25, 200323 yr Forgive me if this is a little wordy, but I will try to make myself as clear and concise as possible. When using the 2d cockpit and control panel, if I want to change my outside viewing perspective, it is easy to set it through view choices. The control panel remains in a fixed position whether I set outside view at 1.0 or reduce or increase it.But, when setting the view on the VC panel, both exterior scenery and the panel are moved by the same distance. For example, if I set the panel at .60, the scenery perspective will expand by the same amount. So, my question is, is there a way to set the perspective for the VC panel, without affecting the exterior scenery view. Thanks...Sherm
February 25, 200323 yr Have you tried using the eyepoint commands (forward, back,up,down) ?http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3e5be1b50512afbb.jpgKurt M
February 25, 200323 yr Well, there is a way to move your viewpoint closer or farther from the panel, which should do what you're looking for. I'm at work so I can't fire it up right now to give you the exact keys but, the combinations to try are Cntl + Enter/Backspace, Shift + Enter/Backspace, and Cntl + Shift + Enter/Backspace. These combinations will move your viewpoint forward/back, right/left and up/down.Ooooo, ya beat me Kurt. :D
