Can i stop GE Pro from loading its own cloud textures

Featured Replies

HiI've had activesky (6.5) and flight environment running successfully together for some time now - configure so that activesky uses flight environement's cloud textures and not its own.I've recently purchased GE Pro and launch it from within activesky once i've received the latest wx download. After launching, i get informed that it's loading the correct ground textures (no problem there) but it then informs me that it will load its own cloud textures - which is a problem as i'd like it to load those from flight environment.Am i missing something here (from the manual) regarding a way to ensure that GE pro doesn't load its own cloud textures ?Any help much appreciatedGary

Let GE Pro load first then load your sky textures from FE after that; FS uses the last textures submitted.

GE Pro does not do clouds.

Hi Gary,It is the Sky textures that overlap and you can set Active Sky to set which program to use for the Sky textures. On the AS Options screen look on the right side about half way down.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/
