Quick tips = 0 but still displayed

I keep getting the tip thats say's:"Engines not running, press shift E to start" message but i have the tips sected as off, unchecked. Any other way to turn it off?Thanks................

Hi,Are you looking at the FS04.cfg file or the backup file that is a .txt file? Easier to just set it within FS Aircraft/Realism, at the top.
