Guys, I messed with FE and GEPro settings and finally have lost the sun disk at all. Amazing there are numerous settings for different sky, clouds, water and ground themes but no sun variations. Please advise where I can look for the day sun alternatives. But first please let me know how to see it back in the sky on a sunny day.Thanks.(Is it just halo.bmp? Why can't I see it in the blue sky?)

It's not HALO.BMP (they are runway, taxiway etc lights). I think it is CORONA1.BMP in your main FS9 texture folder and SUNEFFECT.CFG in the main FS9 folder. If you are missing either of these two files, then you could get them off either the FE installation CD (if FE includes them) or off the FS9 installation CDs, or there are some replacement files for these in the AVSIM library.Martin
