AI Taxi

Featured Replies

Hello. I was hoping someone could answer this question.I downloaded FS9 Configurator to adjust the AI taxi speed in FS9. I had used another utility quite some time ago to do this but I have moved to a different machine and although all files were copied over I'm not sure sure that this particular change carried over.Anyway, FS9 Configurator says it modifies a file called ai_plyr.dll to do this but I don't see this file anywhere on my machine. Can anyone tell me where it's located? I would like to back it up before I start changing things with it. Also, back in FS2002 there was talk about another file controlling the AI taxi speed. Something like ai_sim.dll or something like that. Is this the case with FS9 as well? Will this FS9 Configurator program even do what I want to do? I know it says it does but...Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've already done that. That's how I got the info I already posted. I even searched for the name of this file and that turns up almost nothing. The problem is that there isn't anything that talks about any specifics about this file. At least none that I can find.I have searched my entire machine (including invisible files) and don't see this file anywhere.

Hi,It is in the Modules folder and it is named: AI_PLAYR.DLLJimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/
