Just a general plea for help. I had to peform a full system restore on my computer after the motherboard was replaced. I reinstalled all my software without problem except for ActiveCamera. When I installed version 2.1 for fs9.1, it works for KSEA, but the key that the ActiveCamera support gave me won't show as valid. We've gone back and forth for about a week on this to no avail. I have uninstalled AC and even gone into the registry and removed the registry file before reinstalling but my user registration key won't change. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I searched the forums but didn't see anything. Anyone aware of anything that would cause this?Thanks,Eric

AC gave me a new key and all is well.Eric
