Active Camera "No reply to registration e-mail"

Just woundering if anyone else had a problem getting their activation code to activate thier active camera software. I purchased it about a week ago, 3 e-mails later still no code. E-mailed simmarket also no reply? I guess I will just wait but the activation instructions said no later than "next day". Mybe they are on vacation or something....anyway thanks for reading and happy simmin!Ruben
