April 9, 200719 yr I second your post.I bought this package last week, and did not get the download code, contacted the group and found out I ordered the boxed version, my mistake:-hmmm .......so now I have to wait, but screenshots make it look pretty darn good!! I am trying to move up to the jet level in FS, so thought this would be a good start........RRL
April 9, 200719 yr -----------------------------------I am trying to move up to the jetlevel in FS.-----------------------------------You should definetly check out this excellent free Cessna Citation II from VSG (Veneaviones Simulations Group) right here on Avsim :)Preview with confidence:http://preview.tinyurl.com/2b9l9xLink:http://tinyurl.com/2b9l9xPanels:Preview with confidence:http://preview.tinyurl.com/29mpypLink:http://tinyurl.com/29mpypDig around in the sound section for some sounds, theres some good ones in there. Loads of repaints for this plane as well.Roberto Leiro has done an excellent job.
April 10, 200719 yr Hey, this is a great download!! I actually loaded it and then did all the Panel changes by Leon Seale, had to re3ally follow the steps, but it must be correct, as all the stuff he says was there!! Did not do the "panel.fix",as he said the original was his favorite......Now to go back into the original docs to see how to really use the stuff!! I did get a "sound error" on FS9 startup, so not quite sure how to correct this, but just clicked thru it and everything seems to be working..........again, many thanks for this plane lead, its GREAT!! PS, not sure what you mean by some new sounds?? Can these be changed as well?? To be honest, I haven't ever done a complex update of a panel before, so this is a real learning lesson for me!! Regards, RRL
April 10, 200719 yr Glad your pleased with it. Back to the original question though. Any JustFlight VLJ owners care to comment. Based on what I've seen so far, not many have made the purchaes I guess.

April 10, 200719 yr JustFlight calls it the Very Light Jet, Originally it's a product from CLS called CLS - BUSINESS JET and it depics the Eclipse 500 (look here: http://www.commerciallevel.com/)It's a darn nice jet, a type we will see more often in the future from other manufacturers (Cirrus springs to mind). It features the Garmin G1000 avionics suite. The offering from CLS which I have gives a lot of eye candy, but it's awful on the frames, due to the G1000 gauge, so I removed it from my system ([email protected], 1 gig RAM, 6600GT 256MB)Matt Hinchliffe did a review about the CLS offering here: http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main/review/clsbje50.htmAll the best!Rob "Holland&Holland" de Vries http://fool.exler.ru/sm/fly2.gif"To go up, pull the stick back. April 11, 200719 yr For what its worth...I just got the boxed version last nite, and will be installing in a few minutes, fast service!! Info manual is done nicely, butt he printis so small I need a mag glass to read it, lots of features included, will post after starting the tutorial flight..........RRL
April 12, 200719 yr I just loaded this plane today and only had time for a short flight........all I can say is WOW!! this has to be the best program i have (and I'm a download junkie), this is really fun, like flying a military jet, only with a simple panel!!........I am going to spend a lot of time with this baby!! My only negative comment is the size of the print in the manual:-( , I need a mag glass to read, but maybe as I get into it, they have a readable copy file somewhere.......I like the JustFlight stuff but this has to be one of their best (my opinion) RRL
