I've installed all>3rd part ASD, VOD, Airport etc. textures You don't need to decompile the BGL. I just use a HEX editor toopen the file and search for the BMP's or DDS's called out. It's a bit of a "low level" approach but works just fine. Paul
May 13, 200719 yr Yes, there is a way to view a BGL file. Here is how to do it with older files and GMAX BGL's.This works with allot of BGLs, and found it wont work with others.If you have missing textures, I also had the same one you are having problems with, open it in notepad.Here is how.Right click, "open with" Notepad. Uncheck the "always use this option" for this file type to preserve the integrity of your Windows default.This method has saved me countless times.R. Martin
