Aerospace FU24-950 series Fletcher Package. Missing!

Hey!I recently downloaded the Aerospace FU24-950 series Fletcher Package from here: http://www.simviation.com/fsxprops6.htm (5th from the top). It says for FSX however when you unzip it it says for FS9 too in the readme. But when I install it I only get the altimeter and turn coordinator to show up.
