Restarting saved flight for DreamFleet 727?

Featured Replies

I cannot get a saved (MSFS9) DF727 (like, I saved one just before takeoff) flight to reload with the engines running. It reloads in a cold and dark state.I did the configuration manager: ready for taxi and saved it prior to reloading the saved flight from the default MSFS Cessna, cold and dark at KSEA.Is it possible to reload saved flights with the DF727?

I don't have this payware model but it appears to be like many other high-end, FS9 models in that is just the way it is. Fanda's DHC8 and Rick Piper's HS.748 are two that come to mind.

I found that if you:Save a DF727 flight (like ready for takeoff - engines running). Then, exit MSFS9.Then, set the DF727 Configuration Manager for (Ready to Taxi) and save it.Then, start MSFS9.Then, select the MSFS default flight (Cessna at Seattle) cold and dark. Then, start the Cessna's engine. Then, load your saved DF727 flight (like ready for takeoff - engines running). It will load the saved flight with engines running.I do not know if this is the only way to do it, but it works.
