June 26, 200718 yr I need some help in trying to add the default Garmin 500 to the Flight1 PC-12. I created a new window in Panel.cfg with the next available window number, and then copied the new window info below exactly as it is in the default 172 panel.cfg file. I am planning on opening the window with Shift and the window number, but now when I startup FS, the PC-12 is no longer listed. Something's obviously wrong in my editing. What does the ident line refer to? I thought this might be the problem. Some entries have a gauge reference and others just a number such as "ident+130." Thanks. Tom
June 26, 200718 yr The ident line refers to the usage of so called 'panel' click-icons, you know the tiny icons you click to open/close several subpanels. Those icons respond to the values set in the ident line. Some icons respond to numbers, others to text, like GPS_PANEL.EDIT:I have the Flight1 PC-12 too. Send me your panel.cfg and aircraft.cfg and I'll fix it for you.email me at 'egbert {at} drenth {dot} org' Location: Vleuten, The Netherlands, 17.3dme SPL 108.40 | Simulator: FS2024 System: AMD 7800X3D - Gigabyte X670 - RTX 4090 - 64GB DDR5 - 2 x 2TB SSD - 32" 1440p Display - Windows 11 Pro
