I think you may have an issue with your texturing there. Try redownloading it and copy and pasting the textures back into the fs9 texture folder.

I think you might have I believe a flatten or exclude problem, not sure which, where the terrain elevation being rounded off in FS is poking through the airport elevation. There should be a .bgl in the scenery to take care of this. Go to http://www.isdproject.com/Forum/smf/index.phpand check out support for this airport.
