HiDoes it exist a freeware software to create SplashScreen for FS2004?If yes we can find it where?ThanksCechant

You don't really need special software. Any image editor will do. The splash screen is the file dlgsplash.bmp in the folder Uires. Back it up, then substitute it for something you like or open it up and edit it.
