aircraft.cfg "parking codes" change by themselves...

Featured Replies

I was wondering why some of my AI's don't park in their designated spots according to their airline code. When checking their aircraft.cfg's I find that the codes don't always match up. For instance, a Northwest 757 carries a parking code of "COA". This seems to happen mostly with the 757's but sometimes in others as well. I know I put them in correctly as I've memorized many of the parking codes. Does anyone know what would change the aircraft.cfg parking designator? Thanks

I'm not sure what caused that, also the V.C. seat height and distance to the windscreen (eyepoint) can change mysteriously, so I set aircraft.cfg to read only attribute. Some load management tools do need to alter it, so I must undo and redo the read only setting. Seemed to cure the problems...

Just wish I knew why this one part of the .cfg file changes. Nothing else seems to. Really weird.
