The splash screen resides in the Uires folder and the filename is dlgsplash.bmp.If necessary it can be restored from the install disks.The following site has a complete list of which files are on which disk as well as instructions for extracting just what you need.http://www.cat-tamer.com/flightsim/faq001.htmlHope this helps.
