FS2004 HOU problem

I just reinstalled FS2004 and reistalled Shezs KHOU and have this weird problem I am attaching the shot can anyone tell me why its doing this? I followed the instructions perfectly.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/192844.jpg

Still no luck doing the same thing hmmph, do I need to rereinstall? I hope not heh.
