March 21, 200323 yr Rate on a scale from 1to10, In aircraft,I think FLY11is about an 9, FS2002 is about a 6. Now, scenery FLY11 is a 2,FS2002 is an 8. It would be nice to have the best of both worlds.
March 21, 200323 yr I wonder what would happen if Fly2 got the freeware and payware support which FS gets. But most of the great addons are for fs2002. I just couldn't imagine simming without the great addons from (in no particular order) Dreamfleet, PSS, Flight1, Posky, Realair simulations, Lago and many more I'm certainly omitting. ------------------------- Craig from KBUF
March 21, 200323 yr Author Hope you know, this is "BAD" stuff to bring up....... :)I've run these simulations long enough to see the best on both sides. I still really like the artwork of the FLY panels. At this point, my preference in flight dynamics goes to 3rd party aircraft for FS2002. Dreamfleet, Flight1, FSD, and RealAir Simulations produce nice flying aircraft. For all out flight dynamics, the RealAir SF260 can't be beat........ yet!And then some 3rd party FLYII scenery is the "best" I've ever seen when viewed from altitude. For lower altitude flight, I much prefer FS2002. These are old FLYII shots with addon scenery, but effective.L.AdamsonPlease do not post screen shots - Editors
